Plaintiff Roger Futrell brought suit under Section 7 of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. § 626, against his former employer, Defendant J.I. Case, for discriminatory discharge from employment. At trial, a jury found for Futrell and awarded him $265,576 in damages.
