BAKER, J.

Allen Kitchen appeals his conviction for public indecency, arguing that his speedy trial rights were violated by a 2-year delay between the filing of the charges against him and his arraignment. Kitchen did not appear at the original arraignment. We reverse and remand for a finding as to whether Kitchen actually received notice of the original arraignment.
