Defendant-Appellant, Lloyd Milliner, alias "Floyd Miller," appeals his conviction for aggravated drug trafficking (R.C. 2925.03[A][10]); aggravated robbery (R.C. 2911.01[A][1]) with a firearm specification; permitting drug abuse (R.C. 2925.13); and possessing criminal tools (R.C. 2923.24).
