Defendant, James J. Johnston, was arrested for driving under the influence and various Motor Vehicle Code offenses. Following a hearing on defendant's omnibus motion, his suppression motion was granted by order of July 6, 1993, and all evidence seized as a result of the illegal arrest was suppressed.
