HOOD, J.

Plaintiff asserted a claim for proceeds as beneficiary under a life insurance policy. Defendant responded that the deceased insured misrepresented a material fact concerning his driving record in the application for the policy and, thus, recovery is barred. The trial court granted defendant's motion for summary disposition.1 We reverse.
