On August 8, 1994, the court granted defendant's motion to compel the enforcement of a plea agreement with the Commonwealth and granted defendant's motion for sanctions against the Commonwealth for the destruction of taped interviews. The Commonwealth has appealed the order, and we write in support of our reasons in granting the motions.
