Defendant was charged with possession of more than 650 grams of cocaine, possession with intent to deliver between 50 and 225 grams of cocaine, and conspiracy to deliver more than 225 but less than 650 grams of cocaine. Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty of possession of more than 225 grams but less than 650 grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7403(2)(a) (ii); MSA 14.15(7403)(2)(a)(ii).
