In this proceeding, the respondent is charged with a total of 14 allegations of professional misconduct in a petition dated August 4, 1993, and a supplemental petition dated January 21, 1994. The Special Referee sustained Charges One through Four and Six through Fourteen in their entirety. He sustained Charge Five only with respect to the allegation that the respondent had made a false and misleading statement...
