Mark Wagner was employed by Landry Enterprises, Inc. ("Landry") as a welder. At the time of Wagner's accident, Landry loaned Wagner out to Capital Welding & Fabrication, Inc. ("Capital"), who had a Blanket Subcontractor's Agreement with McDermott, Inc.
