PER CURIAM.

Defendant Swartz Creek Memorial Post 3720 — Veterans of Foreign Wars, Inc., appeals as of right from a June 15, 1992, judgment of $40,000 for plaintiff following a jury trial. The judgment was entered against the VFW and the individual defendant, Johnny Ward, jointly and severally. We vacate the judgment and remand for entry of an amended judgment in accordance with this opinion.
