Defendant appeals his convictions on two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, ORS 163.425,1 and the resulting revocation of his probation on an earlier conviction. The two cases have been consolidated for purposes of appeal. Defendant assigns error to the court's admission of hearsay statements made by one of the victims and to the court's refusal to admit evidence of sex abuse by people other than defendant. We...
