LINDSAY, Judge.

The defendant, Billy Ray Cleveland, appeals his conviction for forcible rape. We affirm.

FACTS

On May 23, 1992, the defendant returned home after a trip with his wife. While they were away, the wife's eight-year-old son (the defendant's stepson) was caught attempting to engage in sexual activity with a neighbor's child. When questioned about the incident, the eight-year-old stated that he had been doing what the defendant did...
