Plaintiff Rene Holtry appeals the dismissal of his petition for judicial review of a decision of the Louisiana Office of Employment Security (OES). The issue for review is whether OES erred in denying plaintiff unemployment compensation based on disqualifying misconduct. For the following reasons, we affirm.
