This is a consolidated appeal in a matrimonial case involving the dissolution of the marriage of Edwin G. Preis, Jr. and Elizabeth Bourque Preis. At issue on appeal are three separate judgments which determined various aspects of post-divorce alimony and child support, and the procedure involved in the severance of Mrs. Preis's original petition for separation from her incidental demands.
