The appellant, William Walter Mosley, was charged in a two-count indictment with sodomy in the first degree, in violation of § 13A-6-63, Code of Alabama 1975, and with sexual abuse in the first degree, in violation of § 13A-6-66, Code of Alabama 1975. After a jury found the appellant guilty as charged in the indictment, the appellant was sentenced to 20 years...
