Nicholas and Daniel Pyle ("Pyles") appeal the grant of summary judgment in favor of their former employer, National Wine & Spirits Corp. ("National") for additional wages pursuant to Ind. Code 22-2-9-1 et seq. as well as the denial of their motion for partial summary judgment.
