Thomas Brown appeals his conviction for possession of more than 400 grams of cocaine for which he was sentenced to serve 20 years at hard labor and ordered to pay a fine of $250,000. He also entered a Crosby1 appeal of his guilty plea to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon for which he was sentenced to three years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence, running concurrently...
