CANNELLA, Judge.

Defendant, Joseph Shano, appeals from a juvenile court judgment which maintained the exceptions of lack of subject matter jurisdiction and prescription filed by the State of Louisiana, Department of Social Services (the State). The exceptions were raised in response to a Petition To Disavow Paternity. We affirm the judgment on the Exception of Lack Of Jurisdiction Over the Subject Matter and we vacate the judgment on the Peremptory Exception Of Prescription...
