This cause of action arises from an automobile accident in which the driver of an automobile owned by Carolyn Williams, lost control of the vehicle and struck the plaintiff, Vernice Folds, head-on causing her significant injuries. Plaintiff brought suit against Protective Casualty Insurance Company, Imperial Lloyds, and Casualty Reciprocal Exchange Insurance Company.
