Gerald Grimo, in his personal capacity and as the special administrator of Diana Grimo's estate, appeals from Judge Billings's grant of summary judgment in favor of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Vermont ("Blue Cross"). Grimo had a health insurance policy with Blue Cross. After Blue Cross denied coverage of certain medical expenses incurred by his wife, Grimo filed a complaint in Vermont state court, asserting six state law claims against Blue Cross...
