BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

Kevin Miller, the appellant, appeals from the trial court judgment for the felony offense of murder. The jury found the appellant guilty. The appellant was sentenced to confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for life. The appellant alleged one point of error. He complains that the trial court improperly admitted evidence of extraneous, unadjudicated offense in the guilt/innocence...
