McCambridge for twenty-one years until he was permanently laid off from his job, effective June 30, 1992 as part of a "permanent force reduction." At the time of his termination, Defendant employed Plaintiff, then age sixty, as Director of Fiscal Affairs in its Industry Affairs Division...
