Husband contends the court abused its discretion in: (1) awarding monthly child support of $2,249.50; (2) requiring husband to pay an additional 66.66% of all "uninsured medical, dental, and health care costs"; and, (3) failing to require wife to execute consent forms to allow him to claim his children as dependents for income tax purposes.
