Appellee, the Housing Authority of the City of Harlingen, initiated eviction proceedings against appellant, Maria Barajas, after breach of a lease provision. When Barajas refused to vacate the premises, the Housing Authority brought suit against her for forcible detainer and subsequently filed a motion for summary judgment which was granted by the trial court.
