We deny the Pages' petition for rehearing but once again address the fundamental issue in this case. The Pages contend that their personal injury action against Hendrix in the Scott Circuit Court, filed while the automatic bankruptcy stay was in effect, did not violate the stay. The Pages argue that this court invaded the bankruptcy court's jurisdiction when we "found" in our first opinion that their action violated...
