OPINION

DAY, Justice.

Johnny Mack Peoples, Jr. appeals his conviction for the murder of Edward West. TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 19.02(a)(2) (Vernon 1989). The jury assessed punishment at thirty-three years confinement.

We affirm.

Peoples raises four points of error on appeal. In point one, he complains the trial court improperly refused to grant a mistrial after the prosecutor injected her personal opinion about the credibility of a key defense...
