PER CURIAM.
Edwin Blackwelder appeals the summary denial of his "motion for relinquishment of jurisdiction." We treat this appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari
In 1981 Blackwelder was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to 75 years. The sentencing judge retained jurisdiction over one-third of the sentence for purposes of disapproving parole. See § 947.16(3), Fla. Stat. (1981).
