This case arises out of a dispute over the enforceability of a covenant not to compete executed by Jeffrey Griggs in favor of Construction Materials, Ltd. ("Construction Materials"), and Skilstaf, Inc. ("Skilstaf"). After Griggs left Construction Materials and Skilstaf to work for Kirkpatrick Concrete, Inc. ("Kirkpatrick"), Construction Materials and Skilstaf sued Griggs and Kirkpatrick to enforce Griggs's covenant not to compete and for damages based...
