PER CURIAM.

Edward Castro appeals the imposition of the death penalty on resentencing. We have jurisdiction based on article V, section 3(b)(1) of the Florida Constitution.

In 1988 Castro was found guilty of first-degree murder and sentenced to death for strangling and stabbing Austin Scott. On appeal, this Court upheld Castro's conviction, but remanded for a new penalty hearing because of faulty jury instructions and the erroneous presentation of irrelevant...
