Appellant, Gary Walker, brought a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, seeking collateral relief from his conviction for the murder of Eleanor and Felix Laird, and from the resulting sentence of life imprisonment without parole.
