Appellant was convicted of capital murder for the intentional murder of two individuals during the same criminal transaction. TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 19.03(a)(6)(A). Although the offense originated in Tarrant County, where appellant was indicted, the cause was transferred to Potter County pursuant to the trial court's own motion. TEX.
