OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

MALONEY, Judge.

The trial court found Appellant guilty of two counts of burglary of a building with intent to commit theft. See Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 30.02(a)(1) (Vernon 1989). The court found the enhancement allegation for each count to be true and assessed punishment at confinement for twenty years on each count. The Court of Appeals affirmed the convictions.
