On February 11, 1993, a jury convicted the appellant of burglary of a motor vehicle and aggravated robbery. The jury found the appellant to be an habitual offender and assessed punishment for the burglary of a motor vehicle at sixty years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
