Alabama Electric Cooperative, Inc. (AEC) moves for leave to intervene in these proceedings concerning the antitrust conditions included in the operating licenses for two nuclear power plants. Because AEC has no economic relationship to the power plants and because AEC's concern about the precedential effect of an adverse decision is not sufficient to confer standing, we deny the motion...
