This is a retaliatory discharge case filed by Deryl Provo, a worker covered by the workers' compensation law. See, § 25-5-11.1, Ala.Code 1975. The trial court entered a summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Continental Eagle Corporation ("CEC") and John Fiddler, CEC's personnel director. Provo appeals. We reverse and remand.
