PER CURIAM.

In this disciplinary proceeding, the court of appeals reversed and remanded the trial court's order disbarring Donald Kilpatrick for soliciting employment in violation of State Bar disciplinary rules. We reverse the judgment of the court of appeals, and render judgment disbarring Kilpatrick.
