A jury found appellant Robert Spriggs guilty of aggravated assault of a peace officer. The trial court sentenced Spriggs to seven years' confinement in the penitentiary, probated for seven years, and assessed a $1,000 fine plus restitution. By three points of error appellant complains that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction and that he was denied effective...
