This appeal results from a judgment entered upon jury verdict in favor of plaintiff, now appellee, Angelina Hardwood Lumber Company, against defendants, now appellants, Prairie Producing Company and Prairie Holding Company, for the sum of $78,954,066.56, including pre-judgment interest.
