Mr. Gagan, a pro se litigant, appeals the decision of the district court dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint against the defendants, who are the Attorney General and an Assistant Attorney General of the State of Colorado, on the grounds that the defendants were entitled to absolute immunity for their actions in allegedly1 countermanding the order of a Colorado state court.
