Johnie Marshall and Peggy Marshall appeal a judgment entered in favor of Ford Motor Company in this suit on a personal guaranty in which the Marshalls guaranteed Jomar Parts Warehouse, Inc.'s ("Jomar") payments on account to Ford Marketing Corporation.
