A jury found defendant, Antonio R. Wilson, guilty of second degree kidnapping, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:44.1(A)(5). Wilson was thereafter sentenced, as a second felony offender, to serve 30 years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence.
