Don Wilson Hawkins, appellant, was tried by jury for the crimes of Murder in the First Degree (21 O.S.Supp. 1982, § 701.7(B)), and Kidnapping for the Purpose of Extortion, two counts (21 O.S. 1981, § 745(A)) in Oklahoma County District Court, Case No. CRF-85-6156.
