A jury convicted appellant, Mauricio Elias Castiblanco-Gomez, of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, cocaine, weighing at least 400 grams and assessed punishment at 45-years confinement and a $100,000 fine. The State used the conviction as the basis to revoke appellant's deferred adjudication probation for a previous unrelated conviction.
