This is an appeal by the plaintiffs, James A. Holbrook, Jr. and his wife, Kathleen Holbrook, who are the insureds of defendant, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, from the trial court's grant of State Farm's motion for summary judgment. The Holbrooks sued State Farm to recover on their un/underinsured motorist (UM) coverage.
