In a previous case, appellant, the Boudreaux Civic Association, Inc., sued appellee, Leary Cox, over an alleged violation of the subdivision's deed restrictions. The Association won a permanent injunction against Cox prohibiting him from leaving inoperable cars on his homestead property.
