Defendant-appellant Jorge Zamudio Madrigal appeals his jury conviction for aiding and abetting in the possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. Mr. Madrigal alleges that he was entrapped as a matter of law, and was therefore entitled to a judgment of acquittal. Alternatively, he argues that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to prove his predisposition...
