Jerry Selvage was charged by bill of information with aggravated burglary, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:60. He pled not guilty and, after trial by jury, was convicted as charged. Subsequently, the state charged defendant as a third felony habitual offender; and defendant stipulated to the charge.
