BENCH, Judge:

Gerald A. Callahan appeals from various rulings of the trial court regarding his misappropriation and use of trade secrets belonging to Envirotech Corporation (EIMCO). We affirm. Callahan also appeals from the trial court's judgment holding him in contempt of court for violating a preliminary injunction. We affirm.
