This case arises out of a third-party claim under the Texas Workers' Compensation Act.1 Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company (Hartford) appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of Theodore Buckland, Theodore Eric Buckland, and Brittany Buckland (collectively Buckland).
