BARKER, Chief Judge.

In March of last year, the United States Supreme Court decided the case of Voinovich v. Quilter, ___ U.S. ___, 113 S.Ct. 1149, 122 L.Ed.2d 500 (1993). For the reasons set out in this entry, that ruling makes it impossible for this Court to continue to exercise jurisdiction over the state-law claims in this suit. Accordingly, this cause must be dismissed without prejudice and remanded to state court.
